A tranquil escape in the countryside
Staying at Birtles Farm felt like stepping into a serene sanctuary. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with a beautifully decorated room overlooking the garden, made for an unforgettable stay. Breakfast was a delightful feast, perfectly catered to various dietary needs, showcasing the owners' dedication. A highlight was the picturesque long drive to the farmhouse, with farm cattle grazing peacefully—a lovely sight upon arrival.
While our stay was wonderful overall, there was a slight inconvenience with the shower setup in the ensuite. A soap dispenser would have enhanced the experience, making it more user-friendly. this minor detail did not detract from the enjoyment of our time there.

had an amazin stay at birtles farm! the room was super cozy and the bed was so comfy, i slept like a baby. sharon, the host, was really friendly and made us feel at home, even brought us tea when we arrived. breakfast was awesome, all freshly cooked with local ingredients. the garden was a nice spot to chill after a long day!
the shower was a bit tricky to use and some areas felt a little cramped. also, there were low door frames so i had to remember to duck.

The idyllic setting and charming farmhouse atmosphere create a serene escape, where you can hear the gentle sounds of nature. The breakfast, made with fresh ingredients, stands out as an exceptional highlight, showcasing local produce. the slanted flooring might be unsettling for some, and lower door frames could pose a challenge for taller guests, so be prepared to duck. Despite these quirks, the comfort of the bed enhances the overall experience of relaxation.
